How to apply this without implementing any new dungeons:

Linkshell pal playing the Botanist NPC: "I need your help taking some special Landtrap Leaves, but most importantly I need at least four accessories or equipments obtained from Notorious Monsters around here. That will be needed to cast a hidden aura in order to enchant your body and arms"
You take the equipments to the NPC and it'll simulate the working of the jewelry, casting a foul spell, saying that you're ready.
You go inside, take the (normal, but the event will make them) special Landrap Leaves, and depending on how many you take to the pal playing the NPC, the higher the reward will be.

You can do anything if you have creativity. You don't need more content =)

Well, Toto-Rak stays there for long enough and I'm still having fun doing it, and it's pretty rewarding if you do it properly. Let aside Dzemael Darkhold, that now that everyone wants to rush to the main bosses it is the most retarded thing ever...

Without rushing to the Batraal there would be no time to defeat him, perhaps if they gave time extensions for killing certain random mobs like Dynamis did this would not be an issue

I actually like your idea =)
But anyway, I saw people doing it killing the monsters on the way, so that's not impossible (well, I hope, because then they would not release it)
