Suggestion in Pricing New Housing Wards Plots

Hopefully it will be adjusted based on current economy (Price being raised).

Don't want it to be the same price as when personal housing was released.

Otherwise all plot sizes will be taken on all wards 30 mins after new wards patch is live.

I think what classifies as "a lot of Gil" varies from server-to-server. Smaller servers will have a few on the top (endgame crafters, for the most part) that will overcharge for everything and leave those on the bottom unable to level up their crafting/gathering classes and unable to buy housing.

Larger servers have more competition and more fair market prices, so players don't go broke as easily. I never even came close to make a million Gil on my older, smaller server because of the absolutely ridiculous prices. Normal quality Dew Thread stacks would easily push into 100k Gil, and nobody was willing to go below that price. It took everything I had to get even one crafter into endgame material. Now, on a medium-sized server, I find that it's not an issue. I broke a million very easily, and very quickly, and with very little effort.

On top of it, the people that make a boatload of gil are crafter's and gatherers.

I hate both of them, and I'm not alone. If it wasn't for people like me, they wouldn't have *any* gil.

Honestly if anything I'd expect new wards in current districts to be same price, then if they decide to do a raise they'd do it for the eventual ishgard housing.

There's those actively making gil through MB be it crafter and whats not, plus FC members donation for their FC that doesn't own a house.

They should move away from "wards" and "limited supply" completely.
Every player should be able to purchase a house if he wanted to.

2015s server technology can handle it.

I think housing should be lowered to 1mill so everyone has a chance. If its raised only the rich and privledged will have a house.

My server is high population and we still had small houses last over a week when they added subdivisions. I think it'll be fine.

I hate the plots and crap, can we just have a tiny bedroom house with a stable for one choco and a tiny windowsill garden that I can buy for like 500k that's instanced? Like a cheap government assisted housing project?
