Dunno what you're on about, the tools are right there for PLD's TP management: Enliven, icarus wings, regain feathers. Never have an issue even sprinting all over the place.

The autoattack thing is definitely false, it's just most people play Legacy controls and run all over the place. Standard ftw. Doesn't hurt to autolock either when you need it.
