She came during Japanese peak time, so there were quite a few people around and overall it was quite a fun visit. ^^

Wow people are dicks on your server, I'm glad I don't work for an MMO company/in customer relations.

We're not dicks, it's just she was looking for information on an article she wrote from the lodestone for an event that hasn't even started yet, in a language we don't speak or understand. It made it a big pain in the butt. Players were trying to get her to speak both English and Japanese because no one could do meaningful conversation with her.

I love GM events but it's hard when the players don't have information and don't speak the language, you know?

That's why I tried to get her to say something about the moon, but instead she would just spin it back with a question, or say "that's interesting".

I tried asking why the smaller moon had spikes on it in the image, but that sort of fell on deaf ears too.

I think what she was trying to do was get direct quotes from people to use in an upcoming article, but it was just kinda done ahead of time before anyone could give any worthwhile information, since the event hasn't started yet.

Since we had trouble deciding on what to even ask her, we also tried to get information on the outfit. The shirt had two birds on it, which I guess are supposed to be raven's, since she writes for the Raven. She had a pack on the belt with some sort of glyph on it. A smaller pack on the belt reminded me of a tetramaster card, so I felt like plugging Tetra Master.

That and she was asking the questions not the other way around. Worth a try the first time i suppose.

I think the gear is just an assortment of assets that they have lying around that are unused; then they throw them together to make them look nice. The belt seemed like it could come from an arcanist, though, because of the glyph on the pack. It's really anyone's guess though.
