No, it's not. I've spoken to some of the abused player (one from my fc), and they all said that they were ashamed by what had happend to them. Does not sound funny to me.
I don't think that it's part of "enjoying the game" when you get slapped around by a "funny" player.

I'm sorry to hear that, but please remember that this is a game, and unless they know the person "harrasing" them, just ignore them.

As much as I think the op is just trolling hard but still... If you get harassed by players report them / call a GM / blacklist them etc. There are enough methods available to deal with bad player behavior.

I always thought slap was more of a slap on the arm. Does the emote say anything about getting slapped in the face? I can't check right now.
