The single biggest issue holding back FFXIV needs to be specifically addressed.

Square Enix could just fire one of the NA Community Rep and replace them with Reinheart... Just a thought...

I like that you're supporting me but don't think what you said was cool, the NA community Reps are doing awesome job in my opinion. I had my chance and tried my best but didn't get the position. Look at my translations and compare to the Rep posts, mines nothing close to professional, mines quick and probably has some/lots of mistakes on some parts and like others said what I post I just post as a player so I don't have that much responsibility. If I said something wrong I could just say oops sorry and walk away; Community Reps on the other hand have to make sure what they post is 100% accurate. As I'm doing more and more of the translations and comparing with Bay's or other reps response I see lots of parts I need to brush up on if I ever want to try again for the translator position, most likely it wont happen in my life time
