Umm no. The game allows us to play all classes at once. By having a lockout the game is forcing you to pick a class, main it and gear it first, then gimp everything. When the lockout was off all 3 towers I seen more players run the content because they could get classes geared properly and not worry about being gimpy. The same goes for tome limit, have two classes at 60? Geared about the same because of Law? Great now have fun gimping your secondary because the game restricted how much tomes you get in a week.

I can kinda understand your point for stuff that comes from roulette/DF. Maybe a lockout per job. Sadly for you getting the player base to come back week after week is significantly more important then the status of your alts.
