I had a feeling they were going to be doing job specific. But I had assumed it would be like it was back during Mythology tomes(also job specific) and make it where the gear acquisition was faster. But for some odd reason they didn't adjust for that. I'm really confused by that. So I guess we'll have to wait until 3 month down the road before they will let us gear other class's faster. Maybe they could make it where you can at least have separate tomes for one additional job. That would be nice..
