No im not actually, what im defending is the fact that i stated that this is my personal preference of visual fidelity and that the posts intended use is what you can get out of reshade if you so choose. And then people come in and comment useless things which do not contribute to anything here and also come down to their own personal taste. To which i say, cool but this is not a preset so why complain about something that does not effect you?. The screenshots are simply information and encouragement for people that want a better look out of the game but have not seen different styles of reshade or a different style to XIV in general.

I don't get all the weird defensiveness in this thread.

Thanks for sharing though! I dunno if I'd go with quite these settings (looks great in some scenes, don't know that it's working for me in others) but as you said it's a matter of taste and it's great to see what's out there.
