...This is absolutely not true. Firstly because HP is a buffer for the healer, allowing them to do other things by alotting them time, and secondly because tank busters aren't even the hardest thing to heal a tank through. When things get messy I've been the tank at low HP, and I've healed the tank at low HP. I've eaten mountain busters while not topped off because the healer got distracted by a DPS an incredible amount of times and I've survived because my base HP pool allowed me to take more damage.

I'm not going to rant on the whole "You need no more than X HP to do everything in the game" advice that keeps going around because it's not wrong, just miseading to newbies, but telling them more HP isn't going to help them is just... not helpful or smart advice.

Also, if you've ever played healer limbo you'd know every HP counts.

My suggestion is that the attr points def go into STR, while the accessories should be played by ear. How much time do you think you're buying a healer exactly? with 35 attr points, we are talking about a whopping 700ish HP @ L60. for perspective, my whm cure 1 is a little over 2800hp, regen tick is around 1000-1100hp.

So in level 60 content, how frequently are healers letting you drop below 700hp and you end up surviving? (HG/LD doesnt count) Because that is the benefit of your attr points in VIT. STR on the otherhand is helping you the whole time you dps + impacts parry and hp absorb.

    I main a WHM...

Every HP does not count. For example if you have 15k hp, but never drop below 1k, 1k of your hp did not impact anything. Meanwhile, you would benefit from STR nearly the entire fight.

lol, you arent going to go on that rant because you dont undertand that there is such a thing as too much HP.
