A warning like this is on the main informational page for ff14 hw. Sadly some people are foolish enough to rely on the info from seller's page instead of the developer's. Hopefully lesson learned.

There is nothing like this on the main page. Heck, even when I click on the "buy now" I see nothing like it. I'm sure there is something vague buried somewhere in there but you're really grasping at straws if you think that's an adequate warning.

As another player pointed out, the warning I was thinking of was in the early access section on the main page. That's a pretty poor place for it. I concede the point and apologize.
