I guess it's a bit different if you've been playing games where female characters wearing skimpy equips for weeks...or even years. (I play a chinese F2P that up to level60 had skimpy gear and before they updated the warrior gear to cover up I was stuck with the skimpy 2 piece female warrior gear and got tired of it real fast)

Anway, on topic: Really the only fem NPC that I question the design on is Minfillia, and that was brought up much earlier in the thread. For the most part just about every female NPC is gorgeous but tasteful. I just wish they'd let player characters emulate that better by letting us have their gear or something similar to it.

The outfits in this game is actually pretty tamed compared to other games. In the alot of other MMORPGs, pretty much the stronger your armor, the less cloth it has.

Well, apparently the common wisdom is that any female character running around in anything that deviates from the conservative/demure/classy/covering classification is suspected of being a GIRL (Guy In Real Life). Also, the use of bikini armor, or short skirts is - from what I can gather in these topics and discussions - essentially a 100% confirmation of a GIRL playing a girl...and an affront to right thinking males, and all females besides. God help me, Kos wears a bikini a lot, as does my partners avatar. At least one of us is female in real life, and neither of us has a problem with the bikini clad Miqo'te.

It only ruins as much fun as the person allows it to. So for me? None at all (unless you count trying chase them down to figure out what they used for glamour).

Strong, sexy & feminine, but sexually desinterested.
