Would it be wrong for all Healing jobs to have Stoneskin 2?

I don't really hard core raid, so I guess this is lost on me. I just can't help but wonder what a paladin is thinking when he casts Stoneskin on him before every pull when we're in a light party dungeon. It's like 2 autos, or just 1 auto from a boss.

Thank goodness you aren't tanking.
