    A situational tool doesn't make a class a magic caster any more than cleric stance makes a healer a dps.

    Summoners bnb skills the insta cast out weight the the cast times, so by that logic smn isn't a caster.

    No. Have you played all 4 ranged DPS classes? They are very different.
