The title says it all HW was a huge waste of money because you can't heal through stupid. When the tanks and dps keep eating aoe's it burn's through all my mana. I cant hit Shroud of Saints enough I keep running out of mana. SE needs to nerf the hell out of the dungeons enough so simpletons can pass them with out fail.

Making it that brain-dead easy would have most of the player-base quitting because hey, some difficulty is fun. Too much of course isn't, but too easy is just as unfun.

Use assize more? It restores mana as well as either doing AoE damage or a big AoE heal depending if you have cleric stance on or not. Rotating between assize and shroud I can keep my mana up well in most fights unless it's really dragging on and I need to help out with adds a lot because the DPS are slow.

Manage expectations.

I always expect DF to be mediocre at best. When I get good players, it's fantastic; when I get the rest, I resign myself to holding the child leash as I walk them through duties.

Odd. Even with first timers dungeons were usually cleared within one two tries.

Grinded my AST to 60 only with dungeons... In this times i only had 2 Boss Wipes! Both in the Vault.
You can carry it pretty good as healer. The Mechanics aren't 1 hit. Also explaining mechanics will help. Most ppl will listen to it.

I have not had to do any fights outside of the Hard/Extreme primals where more than a single failed attempt was necessary, with one-shots being far more common. As long as you explain the basic mechanics in a simple-to-understand way, people do a fairly good job of avoiding AoEs and performing mechanics correctly.
