Things that makes AST kinda weird is the RNG of the card. I've tried party with my friend's AST to test the card and he only get damage buff card and reduce damage card (forgot the name) all time, Ewer only appears 1 time.

Every healing job has benefits the others don't. Doesn't mean it's better if you know how to play them. AST is just a lot more intricate and people are looking at specific skills rather than the job as a whole. AST does not need Divine Seal as it has other benefits to make up for the lack of buff to heals.
It's good that people see that right now it does not work and voice their opinion.
Smaller heals and buffs overall worse than a Selene's? What's the point for an Astro over a SCH/WHM combo as of today?
Sure, some players can already play it super well but they can probably get event more results out of the 2 other jobs.
This does not mean that the job is doomed, SE always make adjustment.
So now that pretty much everybody agrees that AST needs love, we should see some tweaks in the near future to make the job more on par with the others.

Care to explain the benefits? I'm not nit-picking, but rather curious to hear your opinion.Every healing job has benefits the others don't. Doesn't mean it's better if you know how to play them. I do agree with this. AST itself isn't horribly broken beyond saving. In fact, it has enough potential that a few tweaks here and there will immediately bring it to the level of other healer classes. And we know that SE doesn't neglect adjustments. I can say that there will be a lot of changes in the upcoming time.
As far as Single Target DPS, Astro is 100% fine. Gravity is nice, but it' not a holy :X
A few things that I see lack in Astrologian...their off GCD abilities like Collective Unconscious, Celestial Opposition, Time Dilation, and even Disable feel very weak for their cooldowns. They feel very underwhelming compared to the ones Scholar or White Mage get...at least I think so. Synastry is really the only awesome ability they get and it's a bit buggy as is. For instance, synastry only works if healing a party member not under the effect. Why does it not heal the person you Synastry if you heal yourself? Also, you can time dilation the synastry target and it will wear off even with 15 seconds added on.
Time Dilation sounded awesome as I approached it. Then I found out I couldn't extend certain abilities like Raging Strikes on a target or couldn't use it on myself.
To me, astrologian feels bleh because it looks good when you read through the abilities and imagine how you can use them before you get them...then you get them and it's not as awesome as the other healers...like Assize or spreading adlo in an AOE or a Virus...
EDIT: As far as straight up healing abilities, I feel astrologian is fine. It's the cooldowns that feel blah.
That's just my thoughts.

Disable needs a rework. Make it so autoattacks aren't affected... PLEASE. When I cast it on the boss I wanted to reduce his aoe damage, not block a freaking random autoattack while he's channeling.
I just saying no one is going to take very many AST to end game raiding imo...
