Guys don't sweat it they extended the early access period: as it says here:

This code will allow you to download and play Heavensward on early access until June 27th.

As a few of us have stated previously this is not the point, the point is we've paid for CE's in most cases and we should have access to the code and items we have already paid for at launch.

I'm not sweating it because I know we can still play but we paid for early access and the items that were included in that. It's hardly fair that every other area but the EU has received theirs while we again are the last. I paid for these things, was told we would receive them on the 23rd. So I better bloody get them by the time the game officially launches.

Is yours an EU code?

No, NA. My problem is I was inputting the code as an item code, not an expansion code.

I got my heavensward from the Aus store... and no code... If EU isn't getting any codes yet, how will us NZers and Aussies fare!? I need info, stat!

Edit: Ah, the Aus store is still considered eu. Still, some info from squeenix would be nice :P So far the only info I have gotten is from Odstarva

Check the email that sent you the preorder information. There should be something that says click here to get access to your products. after you click that it takes you to the SE online store and where before there was only the early access key, you should now have the game key also.

Mine doesn't say anything like that, just a straight foward pre-order purchase confirmation, I do keep checking the page you mention though.

They know the codes are gonna be late so now they making the pre-order bonus code last even longer then just early access of 4 days.

It's because if you want the CE box or even standard, you might not get it on the 23rd. Closing EA with release would make people angry, because they can't play until their package arrives.
For the EU store, if you log in and go to your profile, you can check your codes there. I assume it'll be similar for NA as well. But you shouldn't be too worried yet. You still have 3 days to enter your code for the full version.

Yeah, mine doesn't say anything like that either, and same, I keep checking the page also. "My FFXIV Codes" only has my ARR early access code in it XD
