    I'm on Excalibur too, but would it be safe to assume you didn't buy yours from SE's online store? Mine updated fine, but I did buy the digital edition.

    No, I posted in the thread linked above about it, but I ordered from Amazon. I'm thinking either 1) their code is messed up and not granting early access, or 2) I messed up and entered it on the wrong screen first and now I CAN'T use it again.

    This is my conclusion too. I'm going to call their support to verify this though. If this in indeed the case, there need to be a way to unlock it if you entered the code in the wrong outlet first.
