I submitted a ticket to SE in regards to why people haven't charged yet for the game from the pre order status it still displays on the SE store account and this is the response I received not to long ago:

Curious that he say that it would charged in the next few days when the confirmation letter that I received stated that charges would be on the 18th.....is SE not worried about grabbing their money for the products we preordered or is it just me?

The SE store didn't charge me $5 when I pre ordered either, and still haven't charged my card for the digital CE either.

Odd. I did. Maybe that's a rule in Canada that isn't there elsewhere? Or because I did it thru paypal? idk, I still haven't gotten either a confirmation of a $34.99 charge, or a $39.99 charge (which would not be cool since I was charged the $5 when preordering) and I can't have been the only one charged like that.

The worrisome part about it is that the email they sent out states "If your payment cannot be charged successfully, then your order will be canceled.", so that's why I'd like them to just go ahead and do it. Not only that, but if it's going to take days to go through, there's only 4 until HW actually launches. Not having my code by then will stink.

Just wondering if there is anyone else still not charged yet. Sitting here almost 3:30 PM PST and still no charge, and while I know I have the funds and the card is active I can't help freaking out a little bit.
