    I'm enjoying FFXIV a lot at the moment, but i would like to see the following implemented:

    Skill Changes for disciples of magic

    -Profunditiy - Make it so it doesn't get consumed if you cure. Why should it consume a spell and add no extra effect?
    -Siphon TP - Improve amount of TP Absorbed
    -Drain - Remove AOE, Increase damage/HP Drained.
    -Buffs - Do not allow stronger spells to be over-ridden (I.E Protect I overiding Protect II)
    -Absorb ACC/INT/DEF/EVA - Increase the timers, make them more viable for party use (Initiation)
    -Disciple of Magic - Better Animations of spells. (I.E "Ancient Magic????")

    Battle

    -Spell AOE - A cone of transperancy showing when your aoe field will hit.
    -MP Gain - Revise mp gain system. Standing around in passive mode is dull and the mp gain atm is way too high. Lower MP Gain.
    -Enmity - Adjustments so that enmity system isn't just DMG/HP Cured = Aggro. Make it so all gladiator skills = 10% more aggro (INC Attack)
    and conjurers/therms cures 10% less aggro.

    System Changes

    -Party Search - Have a similar, improved version of the FFXI feature.
    -Auction House - Improve current system. Searching for +3 is a nightmare.
    -Linkshell - Adjust Linkshells to be able to remove players from LS anywhere, anytime.
    -Into the Dark Quest - 6231 SP and some seals for more or less completing the toughest dungeon in the game? Raise both rewards to reflect the nature of the quest.
    -Quest - Add more quests for dungeons to make them viable before max level.
    -Tell - Improve tell system, typing in full name is irritable.
    -Server Response Improved - (I.E http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIJCQ...&feature=feedf)

    Content

    -Change grinding mobs R30-50 - Raptors for 20 levels being the optimal xp gain? Boring, make 45-50 Dragons or something more fun. At current, raptors are the best source of XP per hour R30+ (with efts being the closest thing) Grinding the same mob, with the same abilities, same appearance, just makes leveling feel very tedious and removes any sense of accomplishment.
    -NM - Implement NM's that give some pre-raid gear. R35 being the general optimal gear we can achieve through minibosses makes me sad.

    Future Content/Jobs

    -Mini Event - (I.E Golden Saucer)
    -PVE/PVP Arena - (I.E Golden Saucer)
    -Dungeons - Make it so you can't just run past almost every mob in the dungeon. It's a DUNGEON, we shouldn't be skipping 95% of the mobs because its "slow".
    -Dungeons - Make it so mobs have a small chance to drop loot.
    -Implement a luck based job (I.E Corsair from FFXI)

    Icons (Being Picky here)
    -Change appearance of spell icon to show differences between I & II, current art is lazy and removes emphasis of spell strength.
    -Full Party - Make icon golden instead of looking identical to light party
    -Icons - Change text above buff icons to reflect rank of spell.
