I've never seen anyone Voted out because of lack of a limit, ever. I HAVE seen people actively avoiding using the Limit when there was someone who could use it. What this does do, however, is address the elephant that's been in the room since Limit Break was added, Bard not even being able to use it outside of threat of wipe. We've been asking for it for years now, it's about time.

Back when ifrit hm was first released the easiest tactic was to aoe blast the nails with a caster limit break.

Amongst the NA servers there were many complaints about pugs ditching the duty of there happened to be no blm/smn in the party.

Was sticking with the FATE/Stay Night theme honestly. Plus as Allyrion said, NIN's looks more like Ultimate Blade Works.

For those wondering why: UBW are weapons coming from the ground, then pulled out and used(though not all at once like NIN's LB3). Whereas GoB the weapons all come from the sky and launch at the target(s).

The limit break for ranged physical DPS has been changed to an attack to all targets in a straight line before the caster. Furthermore, level three limit breaks can now only be used by jobs. From the notes.

Doubt the potency changes. I'd still like my heal lb back ;_; but will see how this works. But yeah kinda expected a line aoe for the ranged physical dps.

I have never seen a BRD use the healing LB.
On the other hand I have been in dungeons with double BRD as our DPS = NOBODY used LB.
