The first stuff you can buy in ishgard and the first 51+ things crafters can make will likely be an item level of 110 or more so flooded AH day one most likely

and while leveling not having the top of the line gear is pretty much no hindrance at all.

In other words unless you participate in end-game when it is fresh, don't sweat it.
