[Poll] Loosen GC Restriction

As my GC sucks big time, I was trying to change GC today. I wasn't aware PvP exp and rank was tied to GC, and as I'm rank 41 atm and the fact that there is a 15 day cooldown between changes made this even more ridiculous.

As it is I'm stuck in a terrible PvP GC (adders).

So I'll have to give it some thought. Option 3 seems nice (see above) but I would most likely vote 1.
