We've gotten close to semi AI tech before (Maggie!) but actually achieving it seems a bit off still, though I'm not so aware on the GSM's guildmaster Mammet in question. And I'm not so aware on Allagan's advances with AI sorta stuff, or even robots really. I could be forgetting some boss in the CT set, but aren't those all organic?
It could be neat, but the minor sort of stuff for what's really steely skin + robot addons is super little and might get a good bit of backlash from the community.

While I agree completely (Come on actual reptile girls pls SE) the issues with stuff like that are

-SE seems to want to make "Cute" girl races in order to make the current races popular, hence the Au Ra girls looking the way they do.
-It might be difficult or impossible to make stuff like armor work with some of those suggestions
-incorporating something like that into the story in a way that continues with the lore might also prove difficult
