PS4 digital CE pre-order ?

Well, once Sony figures out what their hang-up is we'll be able to pre-order, till then it's up in the air.

Sony has nothing to do with the game not being up for preorder yet, it's easier for SE to blame it on Sony but they have nothing to do with it. SE is just cheap and doesn't want to end up paying for having their game up for preorder for too long. FF X/X-2 HD went up for preorder in the store a week before the official release, because they chose so. There's plenty of AAA games that are up for preorder even months before release, so yeah once SE stops beings so cheap we might be able to preorder through PS store.

It will be up when SE decides to stop being cheap.
Which is gonna be like 1 week before release date, because they really can't be cheaper than that if they still wanna call it "pre-order" and "early access".
