How often do you use FF11 Race names as derogatory FFXIV names?

I just call them by their xi names half the time out of habit. Not as any derogatory term. You play a game for 9 years then start a new one with same visuals renamed, it's a hard habit to break lol.

I call them Flea bags and Meatballs...if that means anything derogatory...

I fail to see why would they be derogatory. I call Lala's Taru's, Roe's Galkas, Mi'quote Mithras, Hyur Humes, and Elezeen Elvaan all the time with no negative connotation whatsoever. If anything, I often find myself feeling a bit of nostalgia after using the old names.

I don't view it as derogatory. I jokingly refer to myself as a girlka sometimes.
