Can't transfer from Free Trial to Full Game

We've gotten a few replies from Sony support, very few though. The most promising is the idea that the "psn store update" will fix the issue, and it's not by much. Still, we're escalating the issue, so now isn't the time to stop.

This isn't an issue we can solve ourselves. We clearly need help, and the best way to do that is to ask for it everywhere we can. If you can spare a few minutes to call Square or Sony support, or even submit inquiries and reports on the matter, that's helpful for everyone trying to see an end to this problem.
