    UI is a huge part of it, but not even nearly everything. I press an action on my keyboard and it takes upwards 2000 milliseconds for the action to go off. Sometimes I'm even greeted with a 'readying action...'message.

    From where I live, 250ms is the absolute maximum latency it should take for the action to go off (1/4th of a second. Barely noticeable and acceptable for an MMO). They Must be able to get there. Period.

    95% of the time I don't have this problem
