1tank on cannon.
1healer right under big dragon so tank can get adds.
1healer on cannon.
All dps on adds burn all then burn big dragon.
Repeat.
Tank and healer on cannons do tether and dragon killer other tank drag adds on aoe for dragon killer ALL DPS AND THE HEALER STACK ON TANK TO KILL ANY ADDS ON THEM.
repeat.

Do all this right big dragon can be dead before it even reaches the gate.

See not hard.

Anyways I went steps of faith for fun today and when 1 guy said he is there for first time, one tank left immediately.

When I do it I don't let DPS touch the adds at all unless we're at the gate and/or to stun AND at the last gate before the kegs, you take down those Drakes real fast so that the kegs do damage to the boss. Otherwise the cannons completely take care of all of the adds and DPS only bothers with the big guy.

As a DPS I just do the big dragon and the turtles. Everything else is business for the tanks and healers.
If the tank pull the adds in front of the big dragon and those on the cannons don't sleep, then there is no neccessary for DPS doing add burn.

Do people really have issues with this?

Just have DPS stay on cannons to shoot the dragon and the adds. When the dragon is at a gate and cant proceed, DPS the dragon, when a gate breaks, dash towards the next cannon.
All you need is simple coordination.

I think it's a pretty well known fact that tanks are the prissiest, most entitled players in this game and anything that delays their personal gratification is a scourge that must be removed from sight immediately.
