I'm looking for Ysayle to become one of our closer allies as Heavensward's story deepens, even if only because we've now, somewhat, seen that the black/white dragons-bad/ishgard-good is a farce or are at least on the way there. As others have said, she sent us to Midgar and they both seem to be trying to urge us to stop the war. (Nice to see that we're getting more defined "Saint Shiva" wasn't actually in the wrong!!)

They both seem to think the solution to the war is for Ishgard to be wiped out. I think she may become an ally but I think she is going to have to swing more back toward the middle. I think she is a bit too pro dravanian at this point. If anything, I think its going to be up to us to stop the war but stop it our way and in a way that unites the north rather than simply destroying one side or the other. When the Garleans come knocking I think we are going to want to have the Dravanians and the Ishgardians on our side.

Note the little prophecy from way back when when we had that lead up to 2.5 Producers blog. It said "only the Ivory Lance can pierce the Ebony mail". That is pretty clearly referring the Ishgard, not Dravania. In short, we will need Ishgard to beat the 'Ebony mail' of probably Garlamald. Its not going to be much help if its a smoking crater.

I can agree with this. I think it will be up to us to show her, as Dravanian liaison,--and Ishgard--that wiping each other out is NOT the best course of action. If she is any indication then both the Dravanians and Ishgardians are zealots in their own ways.
