    Welp, just got Lightning off Tataru, can confirm that it does indeed come from her now. I really hope they add the other tourney cards to more secret NPCs.

    Also confirming that Lightning Card does indeed drop from Tataru. You can play against her between 5:00pm - 5:30am Eorzean time in Coerthes only after you've finished the main scenario quest.

    Drop rate seems to be MUCH better than Gaius. I got mine after 50-60 wins over 4 windows. Also got 11 Urianger cards and 8 Tataru cards in the process. With a 73 card deck, and her roulette/random rules in play, I averaged a fairly equal ratio of wins : draws : losses. Just be glad this window is nearly 12 hours long as opposed to the GC leaders.
