Well, you wouldn't be able to upgrade one per week if the poetics cap isn't removed. It's still unknown whether or not they're going to uncap them.

I hope they do uncap them. That way I have time in the next 3 months to get some jobs ready for the expansion. Everything in game is going to be useless in 3 months when the level cap gets raised so why not let people get their jobs to ilvl 130 so they can have the best chance at doing well in the new content.
