    They're drawing on a single model because it's probably easier than drawing all of the races. Just imagine it's a blank mannequin head or something.

    I think that's just the race they just happened to draw. I just picked female miqo'te because I wanted to draw female hairstyles, and miqo'te have the unique problem of having to consider the ears, so I figured it'd be a fun challenge.

    Plus, someone drew male miqo'te earlier anyway, and Tsuga is gonna draw some lala later too, so there's more race/genders incoming!

    I think it's because you have to work around the ears. If they work with the Miqo'te ears (which are bigger, further back, and actually on top of the hair) it'll work for the other races since they have their ears in the typical humanoid spot.

    These concept arts are really cute. I really like the idea of some curly hairs.
