I kinda hope it's just added to the quest :3 that way it's obtainable without feeling like a handout. I think that'd keep both the raiders and the more casual players happy.

But I also kinda want to see it + twines in WOD. I kinda enjoyed decking out classes with the ST drops ;3

Guess we'll find out but I don't think SE has said anything quite yet ^_^ someone else may have a better answer.
