Poetics cap from 2.5 pt2~3.0. Will it be removed?

I wouldn't say there is no point. By keeping the limit, it would sorta nudge people that normally don't do coil to participate if they want an unlimited source of 130 gear.

Though the most likely scenario is that the cap will be removed.

And then the forum is filled with "FCoB is too hard" threads because players unable to do it don't have an unlimited i130 source. Nerfing FCoB before expansion would also be an insult to FCob players when there is no replacement given in return.

echos was said to arrive later in BC3, you know it? in the patch between the part 2 and the expansion. the poetic don't give i130 gears, but i120, what give you the i130 is the weekly quest. if you take out the cap of poetic and leave the weekly as it is.... you will not impact at which pace the people will get i130 since it will always be 1 item per week. but in other hand, it will offer the choice of what people can use as gear, either poetic or WoD, giving them more option for try to beat BC3 before the expansion.

If you can farm FCoB when it's put on DF, you have an unlimited i130 source, not just a weekly one.

I would like to get a source (reliable) for Echo in FCoB, I have heard two versions of Echo stuff now, Echo in FCoB or Echo increase in SCoB, and I haven't seen a source for either.

not everyone do BC3, then it's ok for now, but anyway, taking out the WoD limitation and leaving the cap on the poetic is idiot, since the two give the same ilevel gears.
