Focus on gear upgrades. Swap out all of your accessories first and foremost. They're largely pointless for a tank. You don't need INT or MND. Use the following instead.
Sphene Choker, Sphene Earring, Sphene Bracelet, Sphene Ring (x2)
This will do two things. Firstly, your HP will vastly increase thanks to the Vitality, secondly you'll get a boost on your 'Parry' skill which means you can defend against attacks more often. Warriors rely heavily on HP to do their tanking early on, so focus on accessories and gear which provides Vitality and you'll go far.
If you see an opportunity to get some materia melds onto your gear, try melding some strength materia onto your accessories for extra aggro-holding or parry materia onto your armors (since they're capped on both strength and vitality). Materia melding shouldn't really be necessary, but it can greatly improve your odds.

Ignore the hallow ground for now since its a lv50 (?) ability.
Not sure about what lv tempered will comes though. It's the skill that prevent you from being knocked back.
Anyway, what went wrong in the fight though?

you had bad party members. find some good ones.
tanking story mode Titan is very easy. if you didn't get landslide and fall off cliff then it's the healer's fault or someone else's fault.
Both Tempered Will and Hallowed work on Landslides, just to save you some trouble there.I haven't tested it, but I'd be very surprised if Tempered Will didn't work. It seems to prevent all abilities that move you involuntarily. Hmm, thinking about it, I wonder if it also prevents jump pads from working, or the water spouts in Hullbreaker. Ah well, things to test when I get the opportunity! Because science!
I would just shout in one of the cities for help. Most people don't mind helping. Just get the highest vit items you can first. Hold hate and you dont have to dodge 3/4s of titans stuff unless dps are bad. Since he doesn't target the player with the most hate with landslide or goal.

This comment made me look up the OP's lodestone profile and I agree. As a tank, you should try to keep up-to-date vitality/parry accessories on. Each job has main/secondary stats it should focus on (your main as a tank is, of course, vitality for HP - your bonus points should be in it and it should be your accessories' main stat) and your accessories are important to keep up to date too so that you can get the best of those stats. It could help a LOT to get that extra vit and parry.Focus on gear upgrades. Swap out all of your accessories first and foremost. They're largely pointless for a tank. You don't need INT or MND. Use the following instead.

There is no apostrophe in Au Ra.
Stop adding one three years later.

Yeah sorry, that was just us having some idle musings. They're high level paladin skills. ^^
Honestly, I leveled up my Paladin using vitality accessories (wow that was like a whole year ago now o.O) and my Warrior wearing strength accessories. The former can give you a HP cushion when you have a not-so-great healer with you, and the latter can give you some much needed damage when you're fighting things on your own (like in FATEs) as well as boosting the enmity you generate. Tanks are a bit of an odd duck in that they basically have two primary stats. It's kinda academic which you use as long as you're using something that raises at least one of them. I think people are overestimating how much the parry helps, in any case. You have to stack an awful lot of parry to get any measurable effect out of it. That's another discussion for another time though.
