Where can I pre-order Heavensward with just the Digital Download?

All I want is to just buy the digital download of the game, no extra stuff just the download itself. But few of the sites I know are restricted to only their country, I live in Singapore so I can't get it from them. Can anyone tell me any game websites that are available for me to pre-order?

Ok, I'm being paranoid because I used the UK code when the game started, not NA so I don't know if it'll work correctly. Thank you!

You cannot mix and match the region codes as explained in this thread.

Global: All game codes are region locked. This means that you cannot use a code that came with a North American or Japanese copy of Heavensward on a European Square Enix account (and vice versa).

I tried checking the EU store but it says it's restricted and I have to find other retail stores. So I'm already out of options of places to buy the expansion.

I'm uk to andi just checked the link from Sader, it works for me and I can add it to the cart. (I haven't gone to the actual payment bit though)

im having same problem too.. i cannt get to proceed further.

You cannot pre-order from the EU SE Store if you are not in the supported region.

I suggest that you pre-order from Greenmangaming or Humble Bundle. It is available for pre-order there but you will need need a VPN like Hola to see it.
