Whenever I read their lines, I always imagined Hildebrand as J Michael Tatum and Nashu as Caitlin Glass (Isaac and Miria from Baccano!). It fit really well.

I think the reason they won't do that is because it is in essence your story, and they don't want to put words in our mouths, spoken or text. It's up to us to use our immagination. Or something like that.
