Silver Brocade NQ Mats into HQ?

Time. I'm MAYBE getting 1.5-2 hours a day right now and it's strictly due to time that I was looking for tips on 100% from NQ mats that I can just buy. I also don't have a ton of gil anymore since crafting took all of it to get to this point.

I suppose I'll have to get HQ mats though.

I understand the time constraints, but if you're talking about gil.. It's cheaper to make your own hq twinthread than to buy nq twinthread off the MB.. I certainly hope it is, or your server's market is over-saturated and really don't sound like a good place for crafters..

If you're low on gil because of crafting, I suggest taking a week or so to make some gil back and jump at it.. OR make your first few mcDs and sell them for profit.. But there's realy no reason to attempt with nq mats because nq brocade will do you no good at all unless you wanna be swimming in fish soup.

I can HQ them from NQ mats 100% of the time but only now that I have both lucis and lv70 artisan off-hand.
(I actually dont do brocades, but Spruce Plywood, but it`s the same deal)

BTW, spruce plywood is NOT the same deal because you can still get a good chunk of quality (1400 I think) from using 2 hq horn glues. No other recipe for artisan tokens have that luxury.
Sure, he could use hq silver ingot in his silver brocade recipe, but it won't raise quality by much.

What I meant, if it wasn't clear, is that it definitely is the same deal when only nq mats are used.
I use NQ horn glue and NQ spruce logs and craft HQ plywood.
It'd be exactly the same if I used NQ twinthread and NQ silver ingots. I'd still HQ the brocade since all my crafters have the same stats and the recipes have exactly the same progress and quality.
