It could actually be a very intriguing fight, first phase/s a dps race to kill one of them before they use Delta attack would be the best way to deal with that one just the same as FFX.
The only problem I have with suggesting primal fights is everyone will start suggesting them and we will end up with the boards full of "xxx primal battle can we have it"
The problem about making them into a primal fight is that how would they fit into the story. it's like asking for a primal fight against Sephiroth.
Well they are insectoid summons, if a form of insectoid beastmen were introduced they could be the primals for them. I don't think it would be akin to a fight against Sephiroth because he is a main antagonist whereas the Magus Sisters are just summons, and hidden ones at that, no way required in the storyline.
Sure, let's do a Primal Fight of the completely alternative and optional summoned monster that appeared in only ONE final fantasy game and was quickly forgot after that.
While we're at it, why not make a primal battle for Yojimbo too? ¬¬

Can we also get Egi's of them! That would be pretty cool!
EDIT:
Well, Mr. Party-Pooper, the Magus sisters were in 9 Final Fantasy games (5 if you don't want to count sequel games like FFIV After Years). I guess we shouldn't have Bismark for the same reasons?

I really gotta replay Final Fantasy 4... I mean I've already played it 50 times seriously it was my first RPG and I love it to death. I would love more references to FFIV in this game and this would make my day... how about the 4 elemental fiends? :3
Actually, the Magus sisters have been in several Final Fantasy games in various incarnations. The Shikaree set from a few patches back is a nod to the Magus sisters' XI appearance as the Shikaree hunters. But their appearance in X is the more faithful of their recent appearances in the high count Final Fantasies. That said, adding yet another beastman race just to justify having the Magus sisters would be a stretch...
