The floating City of Nym is not really big, just like a castle, you can see it in Outer La Noscea and it's not located in the north of Eorzea so it's unlikely ( Still I hope it will be a dungeon somehow in 3.0 )

Well, you can see more of it in the distance if you look out passed the cliff. But yeah, it won't be Nym
