Do EX Primals really have a better card drop rate?

I have yet to see any card drop from an EX, though I have seen them drop on my first try at Titan HM, and Leviathan HM. King Moggle took me three damn days.

Could you please tell us how many EX runs you did?

As for myself I did about 40 Moogle HM runs, and got nothing. Only one guy in all those runs said he got the card too.

Did 10 Shiva HM and nothing as well.

I'm not bothering anymore since there is no point for me to do that content now that I'm over 60 cards (also done with Rowena and Landenen's Random BS rule, so the increase in 3/4 star cards in my pool of cards won't do crap)
