Puro, what are your thoughts on the Parsing of SMN DPS? How accurate is it nowadays? Any idea?

I feel like determination does very little. Any opinions about modifying relic to full crit and ss?
That's how I have my relic done, since I did it before the stat weights were finalized for blm and I've been too cheap to fix it. But I have ran it through Puro's calculator, and using the same gear, only changing crit to det, it only added like 1 or 2 dps. So while it is an upgrade, using all those alex and materia doesn't make it worth it to me. But in your case, you want change det to crit, so you will lose 1 or 2 dps, but it's your weapon so it's up to you.
It should be more accurate than ever at this point. It was found in December or so that the game sends the data for the average damage per tick and critical hit rate when a DoT is applied, so the ACT plugin was updated to use this rather than make its own estimates based on your other damage. The main potential for inaccuracy now is the number of ticks. Like, if an enemy dies after 16 seconds of Bio, it could have gotten 5 or 6 ticks depending on server timing, so that can result in some small discrepancies.
When I first made my relic, I maxed detrmination first. Then I did crit and some spell speed because I was undecided. But now I feel like it might be better to do all crit and spell speed. Whenever I get a piece of gear that has detrmination and acc on it, it seems like it hurts my dps. It seems like determination is almost worthless. That's how I have my relic done, since I did it before the stat weights were finalized for blm and I've been too cheap to fix it. That's because of how it's budgeted at a 2/3 ratio to other stats. In that light, it is BLM's worst stat, because DET is not 1.5X as strong as SS/CHR on BLM. However, point for point, it is quite strong, and from my comparisons of going from i110 to i130 accessories and looking at DET vs 5 INT, I'd say DET is a little stronger than Puro suggests and is still our strongest stat point for point - you should max DET on your relic since it over rules the 2/3 ratio rule, and because DW staff is SS + CHR anyway. When I first made my relic, I maxed detrmination first. Has anyone given much thought on a 6-fire build now that relics are i135?
Just did a bit of messing around on ariyala and got this, although it's only geared for 470 ACC.

You wouldn't be able to use that gearset in any content that matters lol. Could probably swap out the Augmented Chest for the Dreadwyrm chest... that'll allow you to at least clear T10-11... I'm just not a fan of giving up my 30-40 intelligence for another fire.Has anyone given much thought on a 6-fire build now that relics are i135?

Regardless of if it's a good build or not, T10's ACC cap is indeed 470 and he could use that set there if he wished.
