Imho,triple triad winnings need to be nerfed,it's that simple.

Chocobo racing is more difficult and time consuming,and costs more.

At least,it's more difficult when races are filled with proper players.

Speaking of chocobo racing,is there anyway to see player names there too?It feels a little distant to race not knowing who's there.

You know,they should just add ff14 themed roulette tables,at least that way you can play a game,win some mgp or whatever it's called,and have some kinda social experience to it as well with a bunch all playing and being able to look around at all the others too.

The only way to get the fenrir mount is to win the big lottery.
Literally impossible for any mere human willing to grind 1 million MGP. Its just impossible if u tackle it the slow and steady way XD. So if u see someone with a fenrir mount u better respect their rng and hope some of it will rub off on you :3

i just want fenrir , but no point farming for it , since by the time u get it 3.0 will be live (4.0 to be more realistic) , and u will use flying mounts , so fenrir will be used on no flying zones only.

Took WD a while before FL was introduced.
They realllllllly want to make things gated by grind or godly rng stuff.

Guys it's the first day. Chill. Like others have said, some of us have been stuck at work/school and haven't been able to even set foot in the Gold Saucer yet. Of course it will take time to get the mount. Just enjoy getting there.

The Gold Saucer high cost rewards are intended to be content for the remainder of a long term players career. I don't think people realize how fast it is to get MGP. 5 sec for 6(?) MGP just for doing the Crystal Tower mini-game that you can spam. 1600 MGP for surviving Typhon. 468 or whatever it was for properly doing some other GATEs. 50-80+ MGP for partaking in Chocobo racing (which including queue time, only takes around 4min from queue to end of race). 100+ for beating the king at TT (I can beat him with a starter deck most of the time). Believe me, you'll get enough for everything in due time. It's like using tickets at an arcade for prizes. They require an obscene amount for the good stuff, but unlike IRL, this won't cost you $1000 to get enough arcade currency to get something like an XBox 360.

Just have fun... that's what this is for. If you're gonna treat it like a job, you're only ruining the game for yourself.
