i saw an article of a prison in korea i think it was, were the guards had the inmates playing wow for endless numbers of hours for RMT. interesting read if you can find it.

its china, Korean and china are 2 different countries.

3. player need to be r10 to be able to use chat, set player shop, retail shop, trade, join a LS (so basicly, below rank 10 is a wanabe lonely), apply after 1 month after release or 1-2 weeks

4. limit money transfer base on rank (personaly trade /mail)

What about people who get a second character on the same account just for storage and whatnot? You'll have to get them to 10 just to use them?

yes, lvl a char to r10 is not hard (this ll reduce the spam chat if gm contineus ban every char that shout or set shop with RMT link)

I am also agree with Neptune & Rydin, but if player want to prevent RMT and BOT they have to be co-op as well

um i said "i think" implying that i wasn't sure the country cause it was awhile ago that i saw it and i don't have photographic memory. also, to be technical, they are 3 separate country's. learn your geography.
