I don't know about this female miqqies are almost always male IRL thing, on my server anyway I know quite a lot of female miqqies that are really female IRL including myself (voice confirmation and such).

I think it is just the old FFXI Mithra stereotype leaking into FFXIV. I find that at least now in FFXIV the amount of female gamers is a lot higher than when I was playing FFXI when I was a young teen, but it is easy to assume this stereotype and I often am guilty of it myself.

As for topic!

Female Dunesfolk Lala - They are mysterious and seem to be the spiteful type that may or may not decide to cast a curse on you if you slight them
Male Dunesfolk Lala - They like money, and know how to work the streets as captivating merchants with rare valuables.

Female Plainsfolk Lala - Very dedicated and know how to get things done, I imagine them being a farmer's wife, awesome cook and knows how to help her spouse tend the farm.
Male Plainsfolk Lala - As opposite gender to the female, they also seem like hard workers and know the value of hard work. They have their own way of making a life for themselves.

Female Seeker Miqo'tes - Outgoing and very giggly but can be the jealous type. They enjoy the sun and the beach and have the beach bodies to go with it.
Male Seeker Miqo'tes - They seem shy, yet likely have no reason to be, because they are great companions in a fight.

Female Keeper Miqo'tes - They seem to thrive at night, enjoying the quiet solitude that comes with it. They can also be quite the rebel so becareful when you come across them!
Male Keeper Miqo'tes - Mysterious and possibly may not be who you think they are, masters of acting out a part they are playing, so be wary!

Female Midlander Hyurs - Can be flirtatious sometimes when you may have something they want, but generally gentle women who care about others.
Male Midlander Hyurs - They may come off as having a bit too much of an ego for their size compared to Roes or Highlanders, but they know how to make you laugh and enjoy their company

Female Highlanders - They may look daunting, but their strength is in how much they will work to defend the honor of others. Protectors at heart who will make excellent mothers.
Male Highlanders - Very skilled with their hands and have amazing strength they use to make sure the work gets done.

I don't know too much about Roe's or Elezan so I'll only do their race instead of race and clan sorry about that.

Female Roes - They may come off as tough and callous but if you get to know them they are the sweetest ladies you'll ever meet. They are very calm and motherly types.
Male Roes - Big teddy bears! Again they may come off as gruff and swear like a sailor, but inside they are the kindest men you will ever meet. They may tend to get drunk sometimes though...

Female Elezan - Noble ladies. Usually on the rich side and usually dress to impress, can come off a bit haughty but everyone can agree their presence lights up a room!
Male Elezan - Can come off aloof and uncaring, but this is just because of their quiet upbringing. Still waters run deep would be a good way to describe.

Lala males - Perverts, all of them. Except the tanks. Tank lalas are pretty chill.
Lala females - Always so nice and helpful and patient with new people!
Roe males - Perverts, all of them. Even the tanks. Especially the tanks.
Elezen males - Yep, they're gonna pull, and I'ma let them di-crap, they're the healer. Dammit, now I have to save him. -_-
Highlander males - Godbert-wannabes. Yes, even the ones that were Highlander before it was cool.
Midlander males - They flirt all the time. Especially the tanks.
Midlander females - Quiet. Too quiet. They're plotting something!
Miqo'te males - Batman-wannabes.
Miqo'te females - Funny and just pleasant to be around.
Miqo'tes with the same hair/hair color as me - So cool! :3

Tanks in ST/WoD - Always with the tank-fights, and I'm the only one that's going to be picking up adds. Again.
Healers in ST/WoD - Crap, which one do I commend?
DPS in CT - Welp, hopefully they learn from the wipes they're about to cause.
DPS in ST - Purple to pillars! Please?
Ranged DPS in WoD - When you see meteors at the front, look behind you first.
Melee DPS in WoD - Just occasionally look around for meteors. Please?
BLM/SMN - Impatient to the point of fake pulling all the time to try and make the tanks panic and pull right away, or just straight up troll pulling to get things going.

Expert Roulette:
BLM+BLM/BRD/DRG combo - Damn, now I have to mass pull because they all just want to aoe everything down.
MNK+Anyone - Hooray! Now I can stick to one group at a time.
