Hmmm.... this is an interesting thread, and we used to do the SAME thing back in FFXI... BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did it with jobs, not races. For example:

Summoner's usually were gay men.
Bard's were usually socially inept men or women
Beastmaster's were usually a Thief alt. and most likely a crafter/rich guy or girl. etc etc.

Any who, well normally Lalafell men I encounter are the best! Most sweet awesome guys/gals you can play with (least on Hyp./Primal DC.)
Lalafell women are usually bossy types, very set in their ways, BUT some are nice to you once you get to know them.
Elezen males are usually very quiet in parties, but will speak their minds the minute you mess up and some might even rage quit(not really rage though...)
Elezen females are usually guys irl (the ones I've befriended) and are really cool, but very withdrawn 75% of the time.
Miqo'te males are usually extremely bossy, it's my way or the high way kind of guys.
Miqo'te females range into so many sterotypes, idk which ones to specifically say @.@
Hyur(H) males are usually guys who just love showing skin/muscles and try to find the skimpiest piece of gear they can find to wear, usually constantly boasting about this or that.
Hyur(H) females are the biggest perverts around (just my personal experience.)
Roegadyn males are the cuddlest sweetest guys around most of the time, usually always willing to put a smile on your face and help you out in a pinch!
Roegadyn females are the coolest guys and girls around! Always into the RP and lore aspect of the game, and so stylish!!!
Hyur(M) females are well... idk honestly... I don't know many on personal or acquaintance levels.
Hyur(M) males are well... let's face it... we're the "master race." Derplander (FFXIV's face/posterboy) is a midlander. We usually are the best bunch of guys! Stylish, sweet, cute, and have great all around personalities. We truly are the best!!! (Take that all you Hyur haters out there!)
