Probably some sort of dark energy blast possibly reminiscent of Cecil's Dark Cannon attack in Dissidia with or without the draw-in effect.

I happen to like the scythes from FFXI, but I actually agree that they shouldn't have them in this game. Maybe we'll see a scythe wielding Job at some point, but we should keep 'em off DRK.

I agree with the general sentiment that it'll be a blast of dark energy. A poison attack would actually be really cool, though... Something that does a small hit of darkness damage then applies a DoT. Something similar to Bio, I guess. MORE DOTS!
