How to handle being double teamed?

It's poor strategy to ultimately "ignore what the other teams are doing," and I don't think you can accurately plan strategy if you ignore them, so that argument holds as much water as a cup with a giant hole in the bottom.

Second, out of the many matches I play and have tallied, Adders come out in top majority of them, while Mael and Flames win occasionally but mostly scramble for second. I'm not blaming anything on the Maelstrom, but such a feeble strategy ultimately proves a hindrance to both teams. You overrate Maelstrom's abilities and underrate the Flames, from what I've seen.

I know things are probably changing now, but just to make it crystal clear about Primal, since I saw/was part of Maelstrom strategy being devised: Adder was dominating Slaughter because they were doing very coordinated Cometeors. Since they stayed in mid and were pretty good at it, Mael started to go for the side nodes. We had to concentrate efforts on Flames side because you were actually competing with us, so it was pretty much the only thing we could do considering how badly coordinated Maelstrom was with all the new people etc. It actually worked reasonably well, as we managed to avoid Adder's Cometeor Spam Fest attention a little bit. We weren't trying to screw with Flames, we were trying to make do with what we had.
