Garlaige Citadel and the Boyhada Tree for I were a Beast Master.
Misareau Coast because it was pretty and the music was nice.

I'd have to say, hands down Quifim Island and Valkurm Dunes!!! ... just kiddingI'd actually like to see XIV versions of the following:
The Eldieme Necropolis for one. I love the whole dread atmosphere, and while the Tam Tara Deepcroft did convey some of that feeling... the Necropolis would be better.
Ulegarand Range... a vast northern wasteland, with deep canyons and blizzards.
A zone similar to Ronfaure, specially when the fog comes in.

I forgot the name of the place because it's been sooo long now since I've played... It was a dessert-y zone with lizard/dinosaur things. It was the first zone you'd go to after you were a high enough level to party with other people. It was the place where I learned that FF11 was more of a waiting game of standing still more than anything else, and the zone wasn't the prettiest, but it has so much nostalgia for me.
Also the tarutaru, and elven(?) starting zones. :3

Too many awesome zones, but if I had to choose 3, that fit in with Eorzea.
1. The standard Zi'tah style.
2. A Sea-esque zone (absoluely loved that place), including limbus, my favorite endgame.
3. Something similar to Arrapago Reef, ahh the memories of running around there for my life screaming.
I wouldn't mind them bringing any zones from FFXI really (barring cities) as long as they can fit in with Eorzea and the game's lore, for example don't rip off CoP if they brought Promyvion to Eorzea, but a similar style area could be somewhere we have to visit in the void as that would be believable and it can fit in with Eorzean lore.

Honestly I always loved the path to sky: Zi'tah>Ro'maeve>Hall of the Gods. The transitions were smooth and the zones all gave such a calm sense of nature. I was sad when the Moongate areas went out of fashion for leveling since I enjoyed that region for the vistas along the way. I always wanted to have a wedding in the Hall of the Gods, but that sadly wasn't in the cards for me.
Other notable mentions:
Sauromugue Champaign - I miss running atop the spines. I'd imagine with jump and sightseeing logs these could be even more fun.
Purgonorgo Isle - It always made me think of the tropic areas in PSO ep2 and since Sega won't bring PSO2 to NA...
Castle Zvahl Baileys - I farmed my little heart out there (to the point of seeing it in dreams!) and grew to appreciate the zone design and how areas flowed and circled back on itself.

Bring back the manaclipper. Not a boat that just sits there and does nothing.

Bibiki Bay, not for the clam digging, but for the sheer beauty (duh); Caedarva Mire, because it was my favorite creepy zone and we are seriously lacking in that department; and Al'taieu, because I could never get tired of looking at that zone. The colors were mesmerizing and if that zone were the entire game I'd probably be happy because it was so gorgeous in its strangeness.

1) Zi'tah
2) Ronfaure
3) Dunes, for the sheer comedy of seeing the horror on peoples faces. (I also wouldn't mind an optional throw-back camp style leveling method)
The first two would need equally awesome music as the originals though, if not the same just redone.

Empyreal Paradox, Sea, and Jeuno cuz we need a true Jeuno in 14. If SE gave me a Prishe minion, that's gg for me. I would be the happiest person in the world.
